Rumus:

1. verbal

(+) S + Tobe (is/am/are) + Ving + O

(-) S + Tobe  (is/am/are) + Not + Ving + O

(?) Tobe (is/am/are) + S + Ving + O?

Example:

(+) I am reading a book now.

(-) I am not reading a book now.

(?) Are you reading a book now?

2. Nominal

(+) S + Tobe (is/am/are) + being + ANA + O

(-) S + Tobe (is/am/are) + Not + being + ANA + O

(?) Tobe (is/am/are) + S + being + ANA + O?

Keterangan: 

ANA = Adjective, Noun, Adverb.

Example:

(+) She is being here at the moment.

(-) She isn't being here at the moment.

(?) Is She being here at the moment?
